Revoke My Access Code

The Revoke My Access Code functionality enables you to revoke all currently active Access Codes created by you for the organization which has issued this access code.

Note:

This functionality will revoke all access codes generated by the Patient.

Note:

After revoking Access Codes, you can reissue new access codes by using the Reprint Access Code functionality.

To revoke all Access Codes created by you, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Click the Patient Access menu icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click Recent Studies.
  3. Select a case to open.

    The selected case is highlighted and the case details are shown on the right hand side.

  4. On the top of the case details, click Revoke My.

    The Revoke Access Code pop-up is displayed.

  5. Click Confirm.

    All currently active Access Codes that you have created for the organization which has issued this access code, are revoked. The Revoke Access Code pop-up automatically closes and the message shown below is displayed.

    "All active Access Codes for the selected study were revoked."
