Edison Datalogue Connect Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting (MDT) is a web-based solution built on top of Edison Datalogue Connect Case Exchange and is used to prepare and support the meeting(s) of a group of professionals from one or more clinical disciplines who together make decisions regarding recommended treatment of individual patients.

Edison Datalogue Connect Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting (MDT) provides the access to clinical documentation attached to the Edison Datalogue Connect Case Exchange cases such as case notes, diagnostic test results, diagnostic imaging, laboratory results etc. prior and during the meeting to support the clinical decisions that are made based on reviews of these documents as a common agreement between the participants.

Using Edison Datalogue Connect Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting (MDT), clinicians can refer their patients for consultation with dedicated group of professionals in a given discipline inside or outside their healthcare organizations. External experts can be invited also to participate online during the meeting, or offline by sharing their opinion attached as comments to given cases.

Edison Datalogue Connect Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting (MDT) has dedicated coordinator defined when created by system administrators as an organization who will later manage the MDT coordinators, participants, session schedules with or without recurrence and other MDT preferences (ex. Notifications, control on case sending rights).

Edison Datalogue Connect Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting (MDT) provides default output report templates specialized on disciplines that can be managed and adapted to given organization by the MDT coordinators. MDT Meeting provides the option to define new report templates for a given discipline.
