User roles

Depending on user privileges, Edison Datalogue Connect Multi-Disciplinary Team Meeting (MDT) users may belong to one or more of the following categories:

• Practitioner: healthcare professionals, clinicians (physicians, surgeons, nurses, or other clinical personnel).

  Users in this category can create and send cases to MDT.

• MDT Group Member: MDT users, who are assigned to at least one MDT group.

  Users in this category can create, send to and update cases in MDT.

• MDT Group Coordinator: core members of multi-disciplinary groups, whose tasks include identifying patients for discussion prior to MDT sessions, organizing meetings, and facilitating and coordinating the logistics for the MDT sessions.

  Users in this category can create, send to and update cases in MDT, and manage groups and MDT sessions.
