Signing in to Your Account

You should be a registered user of Edison Datalogue Connect Patient Access to access the application.

To access Edison Datalogue Connect Patient Access, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Open the Edison Datalogue Connect Sign In page in your Web browser.
  2. In Email (Username), type your account's registered email address.
  3. In Password, type your password and then click Sign In.
    Note:

    To protect your account, after five failed sign-in attempts your account will be locked for 15 minutes - Wait 15 minutes and try again. If you forgot your password you must reset your password using the Forgot your password? link on the Sign In page.

    Depending on your organization's enabled security settings, the login process will follow any combination of the following security features:

    Security Features

    Enabled by one or more of the organizations you belong to

    Disabled by all the organizations you belong to

    Usage of SMS based notification

    You will receive SMS notifications.

    You will not receive SMS notifications.

    Second Factor Authentication

    You are required to perform second factor authentication. You will have an option to receive one time authentication password (OTP) by SMS or email.

    Note:

    You will not see an option to receive OTP by SMS, if SMS notification is disabled by your organization.

    You are not required to perform second factor authentication and can proceed directly to next log-in step.

    After you have successfully completed your organization's security authentication requirements, you will be logged into the application.
