You are notified that the Edison™
Datalogue™ Connect account is transitioned to Non SSO when you log in to the application with the SSO credentials. You are required to update the login credentials of the Edison Datalogue Connect application to complete the transition process.
To complete the transition process, follow the steps listed below.
- On the Edison™
Datalogue™ Connect sign-in page, click the Sign in with SSO link.
A new field Select Organization is added.
- Enter the SSO Username and Password.
- Click Sign in.
A message appears notifying you that your account has been transitioned to use credentials authentication instead of Single Sign-On login.
- Click Continue.
The User Authentication screen is displayed.
- Select the required option to receive a verification code and click Next.
- If you have selected Send verification code to SMS enabled device ending with <last 4 digits of your mobile number> option, the SMS Verification screen is displayed.
In the Enter code here field, enter the verification code that you have received in the registered mobile number.
- If you have selected Send verification code to registered email ID starting with <the first 4 letters of your username> option, the Email Verification screen is displayed.
In the Enter code here field, enter the verification code that you have received in the registered email.
- Click Continue.
The Reset Password and Security Answers screen is displayed.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field.
- Enter the same password in the Confirm New Password field.
To view the entered password, enable the Show Password check box.
- Click the Security Question 1 drop down list and select the desired question.
- Enter the answer to the selected question in the Security Answer 1 field.
- Click the Security Question 2 list and select the desired question.
- Enter the answer to the selected question in the Security Answer 2 field.
To cancel the reset password process, click Cancel.
An Alert screen is displayed.
- Click Yes to continue.
- To complete the reset password process, click No.
- Click Save.
The following message is displayed:
"Your password was reset successfully. Log in to access your account."
