Setting Notifications and Alerts

  1. Click the icon on the title bar.
  2. Click Notifications and Alerts.

    The Notifications and Alerts page is displayed. By default, all notifications are set for you.

  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select the check box for the case action for which you want to receive e-mail notification. For the case action for which you do not want to receive e-mail notification, remove the selection. You can set-up or remove e-mail notifications for the following case actions:
    Tip:

    Click Select All to set-up e-mail notifications for all the mentioned case actions.

    • Case Workflows :
      • Case fails during creation
      • Update of case is failed
      • Case is updated
      • Case is created
    • Case Worklist:
      • Case is locked by a participant
      • Case is expired
      • Case has been sent to MDT successfully
      • Case is reviewed by a participant
      • Case is unlocked by a participant
    • Download(s):
      • An error occurs while creating the zip file for downloading case attachments to local file storage
      • Case attachments are available for download to Local file storage

      • DICOM attachment failed to download to PACS
      • DICOM attachment is downloaded to PACS
  5. Click Save.

    The updated user preferences for e-mail notifications are saved and he following message is displayed: "The email notifications settings have been successfully saved".
