Viewing Case Exchange Dashboard

Note:

The Dashboard menu is displayed only if the organization you are enrolled to is subscribed to one or both of the applications, that is, the Case Exchange and MDT applications.

The Case Exchange dashboard is displayed only if your organization is subscribed to the application.

The Case Exchange dashboard displays all the case activities in graphical format that are performed in the past 7 days.

To view the dashboard, follow the steps listed below.

Click the Dashboard () menu icon on the left vertical pane.

The Case Exchange tab by default opens and the transactions displayed in the graph are by default displayed for the past 7 days. You can reset the day count by selecting the drop-down list beside Last 7 days and selecting the required duration. The graphs display the transactions for the selected duration.

The All Activities option displays transactions of all activities under all organizations the Administrator is subscribed to. This is the default option.

When you click the All Activities drop-down list, the following options are displayed.

The My Cases option displays transactions of activities performed by the Administrator. Below the My Cases option, the organization(s) you are subscribed to are listed. Clicking on the organization displays transactions of all activities done by users who belong to the organization.

The X axis represents the days and the Y axis represents the number of transactions. When you hover over the blue dot in the graph, you can see the number of transactions that are performed along with the date and time.

The Case Activity by Type pie chart displays the following 5 case activities:

  • UPDATE PARTICIPANTS

  • UNLOCK CASE

  • LOCK CASE

  • CREATE CASE

  • ADD TO CASE

  • ADD USERS

Each case activity is indicated with a color. To view the case count for an activity, hover over the case activity name or on the case activity color.

For example, when you hover over the LOCK CASE activity, it displays the number of cases on which the lock case action is performed.

The Cases By Clinical Reason pie chart displays the clinical reasons.

Note:

The clinical reasons can vary across organizations.

Each clinical reason is indicated with a color. To view the case count, hover over the clinical reason name or the clinical reason color.

For example, when you hover over the Patient Transfer clinical reason, it displays the number of cases whose clinical reason is selected as Patient Transfer.
