Viewing MDT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

This procedure requires MDT Group Coordinator privileges.

MDT facilitates procedure optimization by providing key performance metrics, such as the number of new cases added per day and the number and status of MDT sessions in the relevant MDT groups.

On the left pane, click Dashboard.

The Dashboard pane appears.
Click the MDT tab.

The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) appear on the right-hand side.
Review the KPIs.
The following performance metrics are available:
- Cases sent to MDT each day (past 30 days).
  This chart shows the number of cases sent to MDT each day over the last 30 days.
  Hover the pointer over each bar in the chart to display more details.
- Summary of MDT session state by MDT group (past 30 days).
  This chart shows the number of sessions in each session state by MDT groups over the last 30 days.
  The bars are color coded in the chart depending on whether the sessions are in Planned, In Review, Reviewed, or Finalized state.
  Hover the pointer over each bar in the chart to display more details.
- Summary of case state by MDT session (past 30 days) shows the following charts:
  - Planned MDT Sessions: the number of cases sent to MDT by case states (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) in MDT sessions that are in Planned state over the last 30 days.
  - In Review MDT Sessions: the number of cases sent to MDT by case states (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) in MDT sessions that are in In review state over the last 30 days.
  - Reviewed MDT Sessions: the number of cases sent to MDT by case states (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) in MDT sessions that are in Reviewed state over the last 30 days.
  - Finalized MDT Sessions: the number of cases sent to MDT by case states (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) in MDT sessions that are in Finalized state over the last 30 days.
  The pie chart slices are color coded depending on whether the cases are in Planned, In review, Reviewed, or Finalized state.
  Hover the pointer over each slice in the chart to display more details.
- Days spent in each case state (past 30 days) shows the following charts:
  - Time Spent in Planned State: the amount of days (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) that cases sent to MDT spent in Planned state over the last 30 days.
  - Time Spent in In Review State: the amount of days (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) that cases sent to MDT spent in In Review state over the last 30 days.
  - Time Spent in Reviewed State: the amount of days (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) that cases sent to MDT spent in Reviewed state over the last 30 days.
  The pie chart slices are color coded depending on whether the cases spent 0-5 days, 6-8 days or 9 or more days in a given state.
  Hover the pointer over each slice in the chart to display more details.
- Days spent in active and finalized case states (past 30 days) shows the following charts:
  - Active cases: the amount of days (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) that cases sent to MDT spent in active cases states (i.e., Planned, In review or Reviewed) over the last 30 days.
  - Finalized Cases: the amount of days (also given in percentage the amount represents of the total) that cases sent to MDT spent in Finalized state over the last 30 days.
  The pie chart slices are color coded depending on whether the cases spent 0-15 days, 16-25 days or 26 or more days in a given state.
