Signing in with Second Factor Authentication

Use this procedure to sign in to Edison Datalogue Connect when Second Factor Authentication is enabled for your organization.
  1. Start Edison Datalogue Connect in your web browser.

    The sign-in page appears.

  2. In the Email (Username) field, type your Edison Datalogue Connect user name.
  3. In the Password field, type your Edison Datalogue Connect password.
  4. Click Sign In.

    Depending on the organization's security settings, either or both of the following options appear:

    • Send verification code to registered email ID starting with '<first four characters of the email address>' (option button).
    • Send verification code to SMS enabled device ending with '<last four digits of the phone number>' (option button).
  5. Select the delivery method.
  6. Click Next.

    You can also click Cancel. In this case, an alert pop-up dialog box appears, prompting you to confirm the cancellation (Yes) and return to the sign-in page, or annul the cancellation (No) to proceed with the Second Factor Authentication.

    Depending on your selection, either the Email verification or the SMS verification screen appears.

  7. Type the verification code in the text field.

    If you did not receive the verification code, click the Resend the verification code link below the text field.

  8. Click Continue.

    If you are enrolled in multiple organizations, the Select Organization screen appears. In this case:

    1. Select the required organization from the drop-down menu.
    2. Click Next.

    The Edison Datalogue Connect home page appears.
