Signing in with Second Factor Authentication
- Start Edison™
Datalogue™ Connect in your web browser.
The sign-in page appears.
- In the Email (Username) field, type your Edison Datalogue Connect user name.
- In the Password field, type your Edison Datalogue Connect password.
- Click Sign In.
Depending on the organization's security settings, either or both of the following options appear:
- Send verification code to registered email ID starting with '<first four characters of the email address>' (option button).
- Send verification code to SMS enabled device ending with '<last four digits of the phone number>' (option button).
- Select the delivery method.
- Click Next.
You can also click Cancel. In this case, an alert pop-up dialog box appears, prompting you to confirm the cancellation (Yes) and return to the sign-in page, or annul the cancellation (No) to proceed with the Second Factor Authentication.
Depending on your selection, either the Email verification or the SMS verification screen appears.
- Type the verification code in the text field.
If you did not receive the verification code, click the Resend the verification code link below the text field.
- Click Continue.
If you are enrolled in multiple organizations, the Select Organization screen appears. In this case:
- Select the required organization from the drop-down menu.
- Click Next.
The Edison Datalogue Connect home page appears.
