Creating Local Viewer
- Click the Configuration menu icon (
) on the left vertical pane.
- Click Viewer Preferences.The Local Viewer Configuration page is displayed.
- Click Create New Local Viewer.The Create Local Viewer page is displayed.
- Enter or select information as indicated in the table below: Note:
All fields are mandatory to fill.
In this field Enter or select this information Viwer Details Viewer Name Enter the required name for the Viewer.
IP Address Enter the required IP.
Viewer Type This field is automatically populated.
Supported Browsers Select the required browser option. The default selection is Internet Explorer.
Session Timeout (min.) Click the up or down arrow to select the session timeout or enter the session timeout in minutes.
Note:The configured session timeout is 4=< session timeout >=30. If the timeout entered in this field foes not fall within the configured timeout range, the error message "Please enter value between 4 to 30" is displayed.
Connected Application Organization This field is automatically populated with the name of the organization.
Site In the drop-down menu, select the site.
Note:By default, the first site of the organization is displayed.
Application Services In the drop-down menu, select the required application service.
Note:If application services are not available for the selected site, the message "No Application services available" is displayed in red.
- Click Create.The following success message is displayed: "Local Viewer created successfully for site: <site name>".Note:
If a technical issue occurs while creating a viewer, the message "An error has occurred, please try again" is displayed.
