Viewing Existing Viewer Settings

Note:

The application Site administrator has access to view the viewer settings.

  1. Click the Configuration menu icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click Viewer Preferences.
    The Local Viewer Configuration page is displayed.
  3. Select a site from the Select Site drop-down list. The organization name is displayed in bold and its associated sites are displayed below.

    If local viewer settings exist for the site, the viewer details are displayed.

    If local viewer settings do not exist for the site, the following message is displayed: "No local viewer settings exist for site: <Site name>".

  4. Observe the viewer details. The following details are displayed:

    Viewer NameThis field displays the name of the viewer.
    Viewer TypeThis field displays type of the viewer.
    IP AddressThis field displays the IP address of the local system in which the viewer is configured.
    Application ServicesThis field displays application services.
    Supported BrowsersThis field displays the configured browser to open the viewer.
    Actions

    In this field, the deleting viewer button () is displayed.

    If local viewer settings do not exist for the site, the following message is displayed "No local viewer settings exist for site: <Site name>".
