Retiring a Site

  1. Click the Configuration menu icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click Org Management.
    The Organizational Structure page is displayed. The Sites and Departments tab is opened by default.
  3. Click to expand the row for the selected site.
  4. Click Site Information.
  5. Click to open Site Information in edit mode.
  6. Click Retire Site.
    A warning message opens.
    Note: Click Cancel to abort this operation.
  7. Click Retire if you want to delete the site and associated departments.
    The dialog box closes and you are returned to the updated Sites & Departments tab.
