Viewing Studies using Advanced Search (Physician/Patient Access)

This feature provides you the ability to perform enhance and refined case search via the advanced search options such as Patient Age, Sex and creation date to search a case. The Case List results are filtered and displayed based on the selections made and the values provided in the given fields.

  1. Click the Patient Access menu icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click Recent Studies to list studies added to your case list. For each study you can see the patient name, study description, and study date and time.
    Note:

    The recent studies are sorted by case creation date in reverse chronological order, which means the latest created case is shown at top.

  3. On the right of the search box, click All Cases to select filtering criteria.
  4. Enter or select the details in the required fields.
    • Enter the age range of the patient in the Patient Age fields.

      Note:

      When you enter the age either only in the first ("from") or the second ("to") field, the "Enter age range" is displayed below the "from" field, indicating that values must be entered in both fields.

    • Select the required Gender radio button.

      By default, the All option is selected.

    • Select the required Creation Date.

      By default, the All option is selected.

      The options listed in Creation Date are explained below:

      Field

      Description

      Today

      Displays all the cases that are created today.

      Last 7 Days

      Displays all the cases that were created in the last 7 days.

      Last 30 Days

      Displays all the cases that were created in the last 30 days.

      All

      Displays all the cases.

      Custom

      Displays the cases based on the date range selected.

      To customize the date range, click Custom.

      • In the From Date field, click the calendar icon. The calendar is displayed.

        The current year and the current month are displayed by default. To customize the year, click the drop-down list next to the year and select the desired option. To customize the month, click the drop-down list next to the month and select the desired option.

        Note:

        You can also navigate between months by selecting the previous () or next () arrow.

      • Select the required date. By default, today's date is preselected.

        Note:

        Once the value is displayed in the From Date field, the date in the To Date field displays the current date.

      • To customize the end date, click the calendar icon in the To Date field. The calendar is displayed.

        The current year and the current month are displayed by default. To customize the year, click the drop-down list next to the year and select the desired option. To customize the month, click the drop-down list next to the month and select the desired option.

        Note:

        You can also navigate between months by selecting the previous () or next () arrow.

      • Select the required date.

        Note:

        By default, today's date is preselected. The dates displayed ahead of the current date are disabled.

        Tip:

        Click Clear at the bottom of the corresponding calendar to clear the selection you made for start date or end date.

      • Click the Apply button.

        To clear all the selections made, click the Reset button.

        The case list results are displayed based on the selections made in the search fields and the values provided in the given fields.

        If no results that meet the values entered or selected are found, the application displays the "No Results Found" message.
