Viewing User Details

You must add users to Edison Datalogue Connect before you can view or manage users.

The User Management page displays the Current Users and Pending Users tabs.

You can search for a user by site or a user name using the search field.

The user role drop-down menu allows you to filter the users.

The User Management page displays the user information table. The page shows up to ten users by default. If applicable, click the arrow next to the Show drop-down menu and select a different number to show more entries.

The user information table contains the information below:

Table HeaderDescription

This button expands the selected user row to display additional user information. It also allows you to edit the user information.

Enrolled Date (Current Users tab only)

This field displays the date the user enrolled to the site.

Invitation Date (Pending Users tab only)

This field displays the date when the user was invited to enroll to the site.

Name

This field displays the name of the user.

Site

This field displays sites that the user is affiliated with.

Role

This field displays the user type.

Action

This field displays the action buttons depending on the user status.

  • The Resend allows you to resend the invitation to join the site. (Pending Users tab only)
  • The Cancel allows you to cancel the invitation to join the site. (Pending Users tab only)
  • The allows you to toggle between edit and view modes for the selected user.
