Editing a Template

  1. Click the Configuration menu icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click Template Management.
  3. Select a site from the Selected Site drop-down list. The organization name is displayed in bold and its associated sites are displayed below.
  4. On the Template List page, in the Actions column, click the edit icon for the desired template that you want to edit.
    The Edit Template screen is displayed.

    Every step displays the existing details that were selected while creating a template.

  5. In step 0 Lines, edit the lines as required, then click Next.
  6. In step 1 Layout, edit the number of columns as required, then click Next.
  7. In step 2 Controls, edit the controls as required, then click Next.
  8. In step 3 Save, update the templateName, Description, Template Type as desired.
  9. Enable or disable the Make the template visible to other Sites in the Organization check box as required.
  10. Optionally, select the Preview tab to preview the template.
    To make changes in the previous step, click Previous.
  11. Click SAVE when you have completed making edits to the template

    If the template is successfully updated, the following notification is displayed: "Template was update successfully."

    If the template is not successfully updated, the following notification is displayed: "Template was not updated successfully. Please try again."
