The Site administrator and the Organization administrator can see the Template Management card and the screen to create a template.
To view the existing templates created for a site, follow the steps listed below:
- Click the Configuration menu icon (
) on the left vertical pane. - Click Template Management.
The Template List page is displayed. You can view the list of templates that are created for a site.
- Select a site from the Selected Site drop-down list. The organization name is displayed in bold and its associated sites are displayed below.
The following template details are displayed:

Update date |
This field displays the last date when the template was updated.

Template Name |
This field displays the name of the template.

Created By |
This field displays the name of the user who create the template.

Template Type |
The user can view if the template created is a Report type template or a Request type template.

Visibility |
The user can view if the template's visibility mode is set to Private or Public.

Actions |
There are tow actions that can be performed to a template: edit or delete .
|
If templates are not created for a site, the following message is displayed: "No Template is added to this site: <Site name>".
- Optionally, type a keyword in the Search bar and all the results that meet the typed keyword are displayed.
