Search and View Activity Logs

  1. Click the Configuration menu icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click Case Automation.
    The Case Automation Instruction List page is displayed.
  3. Select a site from the Selected Site drop-down list. The organization name is displayed in bold and its associated sites are displayed below.

    The list of case creation automation instructions is displayed. For each instruction the information displayed is Updated Date, Instruction Name, Created By, Status (displays that status of case creation instruction i.e. Suspended and Activated) and the Actions column provide you with the options to Activate, Suspend, Edit and Delete case creation automation instruction.

    On selecting the site, the Create New Instructions button is enabled.

    Note:

    Only those sites to which you have access are available for selection. If no case creation automation instruction is created for the selected site, then the message is displayed as No Case Automation instructions exist for this site.

  4. Click the View Activity Logs icon () beside the Selected Site field.
    The Activity Logs: <Site name> page is displayed.
  5. Optimally, to narrow the results click the Selected PACS list and select the desired PACS.

    The logs for the selected PACS are displayed in the table. The different fields are described in the below table.

    Fields

    Description

    Activity Date

    This field displays the date and time the instruction was run

    Note:

    If the instruction is set between 5 and 6 pm, for instance, for every 15 minutes the data is fetched. (That is 5.15. 5.30 and 5.45). But due to a cron limitation, the last cycle fetches data at 6 pm (That is 5.15. 5.30 and 6 pm). There is no data loss in this instance.

    Study Instance UID

    This field displays a unique ID given to the study.

    Study Description

    This field displays the description given to the study.

    Image Count

    This field displays the total image count the study consists for the corresponding case.

    Modality

    This field displays the type of modality the instruction is assigned to.

    Instruction Name

    This field displays the name of the instruction (this field is auto populated).

    Case ID

    This field displays a unique ID given to the case. The case ID is clickable. On clicking the ID, you are directed to the case inbox screen with the case ID selected.

    Patient Name

    This field displays the name of the patient.

    Status

    This field displays the status of the instruction as Success, Failure, or No Match.

    Note:

    If the details in the Study Instance UID, Study Description, Instruction Name and Case ID columns are followed by ellipses, hover the mouse on the relevant ellipsis to view the complete information.

  6. Optionally, to narrow the results click the Search By list and select the desired option to search an activity log. There are three options to search an activity log:
    • Study description

    • Instruction name

    • Patient name

    Note:

    You can select one or multiple options to search an activity log and you can see the selection count displayed above.

  7. Optionally, to narrow the results enter text in the Enter Search Text text box and click the Search icon (.

    All the results that match the text entered in the Enter Search Text field are displayed.

    If there are no results matching the typed keyword, the following message is displayed: "No items to display".

    Note:

    The Enter Search Text text box is enabled only when you select the search options in the Search By field.
