Activating a Case Routing Automation Instruction

  1. Click the icon on the title bar.
  2. Click Route Case Automation.
    The Routing Instruction List page is displayed.
  3. Click Activate in the Actions column for the instruction which you want to activate.

    The Activate Instruction pop-up message is displayed.

  4. Click Activate.

    If the instruction is activated, the following notification is displayed: "Successfully activated".

    Note: If the instruction fails to activate, the following notification is displayed: "An error has occurred. Please try again."

    The Routing Instruction List page updates with the instruction status as Active for the case routing automation instruction.
