Deleting a Case Routing Automation Instruction

Delete option is only available for suspended case routing automation instructions. Suspend the instruction before deleting it.
  1. Click the icon on the title bar.
  2. Click Route Case Automation.
    The Routing Instruction List page is displayed.
  3. Click delete () from the Actions column for the instruction you want to delete.

    The Route Instruction - Delete pop-up displays showing the following message: "Are you sure you want to delete the route instruction [NAME]? This action cannot be undone."

  4. Click Delete.
    Note: Click Cancel to abort the deletion.

    On successful delete, a message is displayed as "Case Instruction is deleted successfully." and the Case Automation page updates with the instruction removed from the view.

    Note:

    In case of any issues while deleting the instruction, the following error message is displayed: "Services not available, the Instructions could not be deleted. Please try again later."
