Search and View case Routing Automation Instructions

  1. Click the icon on the title bar.
  2. Click Route Case Automation.
    The Routing Instruction List page is displayed.
  3. In the Search text box, enter the Instruction Name or Created By for the instruction you want to search.
    Note:

    When the performed search yields no results then a message is displayed as "No items to display."

    Tip:

    You can enter upper case as well as lower case text to perform the search i.e. the Search field is not case sensitive.

    The search result are displayed as per the entered criteria and they continuously update as you change the entries in the Search text box.

    Note: The page numbers are displayed only when you have more than 10 instructions, as Show Entries is set to 10 by default. You can change the number of instructions to be displayed on the page to 10, 20, 50, 75, and 100. Depending on the selection in the Show entries field, the numbered list is displayed for the navigation.
  4. Click the name of the instruction form the Instruction Name column.

    The Case Route Instruction page is displayed, it shows all the details of the case instruction.
