Suspending a Case Routing Automation Instruction

  1. Click the icon on the title bar.
  2. Click Route Case Automation.
    The Routing Instruction List page is displayed.
  3. For the case routing automation instruction which you want to suspend, click Suspend from the Actions column.

    The Suspend Instruction pop-up displays showing the following message: "Would you like to suspend the [Instruction Name] instruction?"

  4. Click Suspend.

    The Route Instruction List page updates with the instruction status updated to Suspended.

    Note:

    If the instruction is suspended the following notification is displayed: "Successfully Suspended".

    Note: If the instruction fails to suspend then the following notification is displayed: "An error has occurred. Please try again."
