Viewing Activity Logs

The View Activity Logs page enables you to view the activity logs for the particular Case Routing Instruction

To view the Activity Logs for the case routing instruction, please follow the steps listed below:

On the Routing Instruction List page, click the View Activity Logs icon () from the Actions column.

The View Activity Logs: [Instruction Name] page is displayed and show the following columns:

Activity Date

This field shows the date and time when the instruction was run.

Case ID

This field shows the Case ID. Clicking the Case ID displays the case in the Case Inbox.

Subject

This field shows the subject of the case.

Activity Name

This field shows the activity name such as Routed, Reconcile and download to PACS, or Direct Download to PACS

PACS

This field shows the name of the PACS.

Accession

This field shows the accession number. Only first 5 digits of the Accession Number are displayed followed by ellipses. Hovering the mouse over the 5 digits and ellipses displays complete Accession Number.

Status

This field shows the status as In Progress, Success or Failure.

Note: The reasons for the failure are Accession number limit exceeded, Patient ID limit exceeded, Download failed, Reconcile failed, Routing failed or User permissions were not set up for this case.
