To access the Archived case inbox, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Case Exchange icon (
) on the left vertical pane. - Click Archived.
The Archived inbox displays the archived and expired cases.
The cases are sorted in descending order which means that the latest updated/created case is displayed on top of the case list followed by the old cases.

Each case in the Archived case inbox displays the subject line, physician name and clinical reason.
Note:
If the Subject field was populated with the patient’s name during case creation, the patient’s name is displayed on the Case Inbox.

The case creation date and time is displayed in ddmmmyyyy and hh:mm formats, respectively.

If the case has expired, the Expired label is displayed in red font beside the subject/patient name.

The case is indicated with the high priority icon (
) if it requires urgent attention.

The subject name/patient name in the case is displayed in bold if the case is not marked as reviewed.

If the subject name of the case is too long, it is displayed with an ellipsis icon (
). On hovering on the name, you can see the complete subject name.

Cases that are marked as confidential are indicated with an orange vertical line on the left-hand side of the case.

When you reach the bottom of the case inbox pane, the pane displays You have reached the bottom of the case list.
