Moving Archived Case to Inbox

Note:

Only cases that are not expired and have been manually moved to archive can be moved back to the Case Inbox.

Note:

When a case is locked, the user who has locked the case and all other case participants will not be allowed to move the case from Archived to Inbox during the lock duration.

To move an archived case to the Case Inbox, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Click the Case Exchange icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click Archived.

    The list of archived and expired cases is displayed.

  3. Select the archived case to be moved to the Case Inbox

    The case details are displayed on the right-hand side.

  4. Click the Restore to All Cases button.

    The following message is displayed and the selected case is moved to All Cases:

    "You have moved case: "<name of the case>" to the All Cases case list."
