Moving Inbox Case to Archived

Note:

When a case is locked, the user who has locked the case and all other case participants will not be allowed to move the case from the inbox to Archived during the lock duration.

To move an inbox case to Archived, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Click the Case Exchange icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click All Cases.

    The list of shared and received cases is displayed.

  3. On the case list page, select the case to archive.

    The case details are displayed on the right-hand side.

  4. Click the Archive button.

    The selected case is moved to the Archived sub-menu and the following message is displayed:

    "You have moved case: "<name of the case>" to the Archive case list."
