Viewing Case Attachment Download Status

To view case attachments status (Available, Expired, In progress, Failed), follow the steps listed below.

  1. Click the Case Exchange icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click All Cases.

    The list of shared and received cases is displayed.

  3. Click the icon on the title bar.

    The Notifications - Case Attachments downloaded pop-up window is displayed.

    It shows the details in table format.

    • The Read column displays a grayed out check box.

      Select it to mark the case attachment as read.

      Selecting it turns the color to green and refreshes the table.

      On closing this pop up, the count of read and unread cases is updated.

    • The Patient Name or Subject column displays the subject or patient name.

      Hovering the mouse over the field displays subject or patient name.

    • The File Count column displays the number of attachments (DICOM and non-DICOM) in the case.

    • The Notification Date column shows the date and time of the notification.

    • The Status column displays the one of the following four statuses:

      • In Progress if the file is being uploaded.

      • Available if the file is uploaded and available for download.

      • Expired if the file has been removed.

      • Failed if the file has failed to upload.

    You can also download the file by clicking Download.

    The file is downloaded in ZIP format to the default download location specified in your browser. After the successful download, you can also view the download history on the Activity tab.
