Use this feature to view the successfully uploaded attachments. The attachments are aligned vertically.
To view the attachments, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Case Exchange icon (
) on the left vertical pane. - Click All Cases.
The list of shared and received cases is displayed.
- Select a case to open.
The selected case is highlighted and the case details are displayed on the right-hand side.
The Resources tab on the right-hand side of the screen displays the attachments of every successful transaction in the case.

If a DICOM study is attached, it is displayed under the heading titled Studies.

If a non-DICOM file is attached, it is displayed under the heading titled Documents.

If a template is attached, it is displayed under the heading titled Templates.
Note:
You can download the documents and the finalized templates by clicking on the attachment's drop-down menu and then clicking Download.
You can view the contents of the documents and the finalized templates by clicking on the attachment.
The attachment opens in Document Viewer.
Note:
You can view the contents of the DICOM study by clicking on the study attachment.
The study opens in DICOM Viewer.
You can also select the type of viewer you want to view the DICOM study in by clicking the drop-down menu beside the attachment and selecting the Viewer type.
If there is no UV Viewer deployed in the site, the drop-down menu will not be displayed beside the file name.
To go to the case transaction specific to the attachment, click the drop-down menu beside the DICOM or non-DICOM attachment and then click Go to message.
Note:
If you click on a non-finalized template, the template opens in edit mode.
Note:
If the case does not contain any attachments or if the upload of the attachments have failed or are in processing state, the Resources tab remains blank.
