Hide/Show Administrative Events

This functionality enables you to hide or show the administrative events logged in the case summary. If you want to focus your attention only on the clinical aspect of the case, you can hide the administrative events.

The following table lists the administrative events that are displayed when the below actions are performed.

Administrative event

Examples of messages hidden in Case Summary

Case was locked

Example:

"The case was locked for 30 minutes by User1 at 21 Oct 2018 17:08 and unlocks automatically at 21 Oct 2020 21:08."

Case was unlocked

Example:

"The case was unlocked by User1 at 21 Oct 2020 17:08."

Case has been created by Automation Instruction

Example:

"This case was automatically created through the instruction New instruction 7-31 (last updated 01 Aug 2020)."

Case was marked as reviewed

Example:

"Case reviewed: "Case marked reviewed by User1 on 19 Sep 2019 12:53""

Read receipt was acknowledged

Example:

"Read receipt acknowledge: "Case viewed by User1 on 26 Oct 2020 16:39""

Note:

The administrative events listed in the table above are hidden in the Case Summary when the action is performed.

To view the administrative events, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Click the Case Exchange icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click All Cases.

    The list of shared and received cases is displayed.

  3. Select a case from the case list.
  4. Click Show Admin Events.

    The administrative events (if there are any) are displayed in the Case Summary.

    Note:

    After having clicked Show Admin Events, the administrative events remain displayed, even in future sessions, until you hide them.

  5. Click Hide Admin Events to hide the administrative events.
    Note:

    After having clicked Hide Admin Events, the administrative events remain hidden, even in future sessions, until you show them again.
