Note:
The Mark as Reviewed option is disabled if the case is locked by a user.
To mark a case as reviewed, follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Case Exchange icon (
) on the left vertical pane. - Click All Cases.
The list of shared and received cases is displayed.
- Select the case that you want to mark as reviewed.
The selected case is highlighted and the case details are shown on the right-hand side.
- Click the
(menu) button on the right-hand side of the screen. - Click Mark as Reviewed.
The Review icon (
) is displayed and the case is no longer highlighted in the case list.
An administrative event is logged in the Case Summary section. To view the administrative event, click the Show Admin Events link.
If the case is sent to only one case participant and the participant clicks the Mark as Reviewed button, the following message is displayed below the Review icon (
):
"All recipients have reviewed"
If the case is sent to multiple case participants, the following review status message is displayed below the Review icon (
):
"<Number of people> people have not reviewed"
