Viewing Download History

You can view the download history of attachments associated with a case.

Note:

The download transactions are displayed only if the DICOM, non-DICOM and/or templates associated with the case are downloaded.

The Activities tab contains no download transactions in the following two cases:

  • The case contains no attachments.

  • The case has attachments, but the attachments have not been downloaded.

To view the download history, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Click the Case Exchange icon () on the left vertical pane.
  2. Click All Cases.

    The list of shared and received cases is displayed.

  3. Select a case to open.

    The selected case is highlighted and the case details are shown on the right-hand side.

  4. Click the Activities tab.

    The download transactions are displayed.

    The details displayed for each download transaction are date and time of download, duration of download, the attachment name, the download location (the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) name in the case of DICOM attachments and the local directory in the case of non-DICOM attachments) and the name of the user who downloaded the attachment.

    Note:

    If the download of an attachment has failed, the details are displayed in red.

    Note:

    If a study's download is in progress, the study will not appear on the Activities tab until the download is complete.

    Tip:

    You can search an attachment to view its download history by either entering the attachment's Name, User Name, Date & Time or Download Location in the Search Activities text box.
